Email apps@braindai.com with your question, the calculator you were using and your device (iPhone or Android). You can also send feedback or report a bug from inside the App: open the Settings tab and tap Report a Bug or Issue. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

The calculators use the official 2026-27 Australian figures that were current when this version was released, including income tax rates, the Low Income Tax Offset, the Medicare levy, the 12% Superannuation Guarantee, and stamp duty rates and first home buyer concessions for all states and territories. Governments change these rules regularly, and lenders apply their own policies, so all results are estimates for general information only. Please confirm figures with your lender, a licensed broker or the relevant state revenue office before making a decision.

Lenders differ in how they calculate interest (daily or monthly, 365 or 366 days), round repayments and add fees such as account-keeping or package fees. The App shows a standard estimate, so small differences are normal.

No. The figures you enter are calculated and stored only on your device, and we never receive them. Information only leaves your device if you choose to send it: when you send feedback or a partner inquiry, when you share or email a PDF report, or when Apple, Google and our subscription provider process a purchase. Your calculator figures and settings are stored on your device. Tap Reset in a calculator to clear it, or delete the App to remove everything. To ask us to delete feedback or an inquiry you sent us, email apps@braindai.com.

Australian prices include GST. The price shown in the App before you buy always applies. Daily export limits reset at midnight on your device.

Yes. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Pro or Broker Edition. Only one free trial is available per customer. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the App.

• iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Mortgage Mind AU.
• Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Mortgage Mind AU.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, paid features stay available until the end of the period you have paid for.

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. Then open the App and tap Restore Purchases in the Settings tab or on the upgrade screen.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested through them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, or on Android through your Google Play order history. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Open the Settings tab and tap Edit Broker Name, Phone & Licence #. Enter your name, firm, phone, email, credit licence or credit representative number and, if you like, a tagline and a logo web address starting with https://. Your details then appear on every PDF report you export. You are responsible for keeping these details accurate.

Free reports include a banner for a mortgage broker or lender who sponsors your state, or our own advertising message. Sponsors are independent businesses and we do not share your information with them. Pro and Broker Edition reports have no sponsor banner.

The App is available in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States, but its tax, stamp duty and first home buyer calculators apply Australian rules only. The repayment, extra repayment and savings calculators work anywhere.
