This Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through braindai.com and through any AI-powered tools or applications we operate.

a. Contact and Enquiry Data

When you submit a contact or enquiry form on this Site, we may collect:

• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• Your company name (if provided)
• Any details you include in your message

b. AI Tool Interaction Data

When you use AI-powered tools operated by BraindAI (including our custom ChatGPT application), the following may be involved:

• Prompts, messages, or content you submit
• AI-generated responses produced in reply
• Session identifiers used to maintain tool functionality

BraindAI does not store conversation logs or AI-generated responses on its own systems unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Inputs submitted through AI tools are processed by OpenAI under OpenAI’s privacy policy. We encourage you not to submit sensitive personal information through these tools.

c. Technical and Interaction Data

We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or other automated data collection technologies on this Site. If our data collection practices change, we will update this Policy accordingly.

We use the information you provide to:

• Follow up with you about BraindAI’s services
• Maintain a record of our communications
• Operate and deliver AI-powered tools and applications

• AI tool interaction data: not retained on BraindAI systems
