BraindAI Pty Ltd (ABN 61 701 238 968) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through braindai.com.

02 What Information We Collect

a. Contact and Enquiry Data

This Site does not contain contact forms. If you contact us by email at hello@braindai.com, or book a call through our scheduling provider, we may collect: your name, your email address, your phone number (if provided), your company name (if provided), and any details you include in your message or booking.

b. Technical and Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser opt-out add-on available from Google, or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

This Site also embeds video from YouTube using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video. Bookings are made through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service; information you enter when booking is handled under Calendly’s privacy policy.

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Follow up with you about BraindAI’s services
  • Maintain a record of our communications

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
